To help Nike further improve the company's leadership experience, a team of creatives was tasked with creating a visually appealing tool for HR to interview company VPs that also doubled as a gift.
NIKE VP INTERVIEW PROJECT
We created individual handmade books that took the interview on two parallel journeys: the Air Max story and the VP’s personal career story. To complete the gift, metal shoe boxes--designed to mimic the 1987 Air Max 1 box and lined with a collage of Tinker Hatfield’s original Air Max sketches--housed an all-white Air Max 95. As part of the project's small creative team, I helped with concept development, creative problem solving and writing copy for everything from the pitch decks to the final product.
